Context
Accents & Arts delivers professional and creative training programs to a growing learner base. As their training operations expanded, manual coordination through spreadsheets, email threads, file sharing, and ad hoc communication created increasing pressure on administrators and instructors.
Learners needed a clearer way to access course materials, complete assessments, and track progress. Instructors needed visibility into participation and completion. The organization needed a system that could support recurring training programs without requiring an internal technical team to manage the platform.
Accents & Arts needed more than an LMS installation. They needed a managed learning environment that could become part of their operating model.
What We Built
SAI Technology implemented and configured a managed learning platform tailored to Accents & Arts’ training delivery process.
The platform supports:

The Approach
We started by mapping the existing training delivery workflow before configuring the platform. This allowed us to preserve the parts of their process that already worked while replacing manual coordination with a more structured digital system.
The LMS was built on an open-source foundation and managed by SAI Technology, giving Accents & Arts greater control over their learning environment without being locked into expensive per-user SaaS pricing.
SAI Technology handled the technical layer end-to-end: deployment, configuration, platform administration, email setup, user access structure, reporting setup, monitoring, and support. This allowed the client to focus on training delivery while we managed the operational reliability of the system.
